Terms&Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our workspaces and services.

1. Membership Agreement

  • Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual/company.
  • Access is granted during business hours 9 am to 7 pm (unless a customized plan is specified).

2. Payment & Billing

  • Membership fee is payable in advance (monthly/quarterly/annually).
  • Late payments may attract penalty charges (Rs. 100/day).
  • Security deposit (if applicable) is refundable subject to terms.

3. Usage Policy

  • Workspaces are to be used strictly for business/professional purposes.
  • Members must not use the premises for unlawful or disruptive activities.
  • Sub-leasing or sharing is prohibited.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited within the premises of EcoSpace.

4. Facilities & Services

  • Access to internet, housekeeping, pantry, hot / cold beverages and other amenities as per plan.
  • Conference room access limited as per membership plan (After complimentary hours, then chargeable) and pre-booking is must before 24 hrs.
  • Printing, storage, and parking are subject to additional charges. Stationeries are provided at extra cost.

5. Conduct & Etiquette

  • Members must maintain professional decorum and avoid disturbing others.
  • Noise levels to be kept minimal (headphones recommended for calls/music).
  • Cleanliness of common areas must be maintained.

6. Security & Compliance

  • Valid government-issued ID (PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) required for registration.
  • Members are responsible for their belongings; management is not liable for loss/theft.
  • CCTV surveillance may be in operation for safety.

7. IT & Internet Usage

  • Internet usage is subject to fair use policy.
  • Activities violating cyber laws (spamming, hacking, illegal downloads) are strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Cancellation

  • Notice period (e.g., 30 days) required for cancellation.
  • Early termination may result in forfeiture of deposit/advance payment.
  • Management reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of terms.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • Management is not responsible for business losses, data breaches, or third-party dealings.
  • Members are encouraged to arrange personal insurance for equipment and valuables.

Additional Terms for Co-Working Space (Open/Dedicated Desk)

  1. Desks are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (for hot desks).
  2. Dedicated desks are assigned and cannot be occupied by others without consent.
  3. Belongings must not be left unattended overnight (unless permitted).
  4. Storage lockers may be provided based on availability and plan.

Additional Terms for Private Cabin Office

  1. Cabins are meant for exclusive use by the renting member/company.
  2. Number of occupants must not exceed agreed capacity.
  3. Any modification (branding, décor, signage) requires prior approval.
  4. Furniture, fixtures, and electrical fittings provided must be maintained in good condition.
  5. Sub-letting or assigning the cabin to third parties is strictly prohibited.
